Fate

Music for Calais Pier by Joseph Mallord William Tuner

This string quartet piece expresses the collapse and nerves caused by the ferry's constant effort to avoid a clash with the small boat in the middle of the sea when it encounters lousy weather. The one thing people on the ship and ferry can do is follow their fate, having hope with a shaft of sunlight from the sky.
